THE OTHER ANIMALS

BLOSSOM

Every home has to have the Princess. Ours is Blossom. When I brought her home from a Rescue, she weighed 1.2lbs at 8 weeks. You can see she has "blossomed" into a happy kitty.

This is her favorite position and trust me, she does not move, you step over her.:-)

BLUE MOON RIPPLE

"SMOKI"

Always wanted a Blue Roan. "Mosey" is the horse I have been waiting for. I am so excited to have her.

My husband keeps rescuing big 4 legged pets. The first horse was so starved, he fell down in the trailer bringing him home from Utah. He was judged as a 2 on the scale of 1-9, with 1 being unable to live. Here is his photo the day we brought him home, and the photo does not look as bad as he was.

Just hoping he would live once we started feeding him and hoping his body systems had not already shut down, he got  food 5 or 6 times a day in the beginning  With a good vet and lots of luck, BONES now looks like this.

This is SPEED. He was also from Utah, not starved as bad as BONES, but he is slowly gaining weight and looking good.

This is Boo, a Red Lored Amazon. Boo is handicapped, he only has one wing and pretty messed up feet, but has become a great fun pet. When I brought Boo home, he could not stand on a perch, nor hold items in his feet. He has progressed so well, he can climb, hold food in one hand and  tear up toys

Kiwi is a Timneh Grey Parrot. I got her when she was just finished handfeeding, she is over a year old and has a huge vocabulary. She talks non stop and sure keeps everyone in line.
